Agnes Price Thompson, age 89, of Max Meadows, Virginia passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at her home.  Agnes enjoyed cooking, quilting, and attending worship at Siloam Gospel Tabernacle where she was a member.

Agnes was preceded in death by her first husband, Willie Lee Price; her second husband, Howard T. Thompson; two brothers, Wilkes Porter and Ed Porter; three sisters, Marie Porter, Dorothy Price, and Carrie Price.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Patricia and David Zimbro of Cocoa, FL, Gary and Mary Price of Max Meadows, VA, and Ernest Price and girlfriend Debbie Cline of Pilot Mountain, NC; one brother, Blaine and Irene Porter of Max Meadows, VA; one sister, Phebe and Sam Keeton of Buffalo Junction, VA; one grandson, Christopher Lee Price of Max Meadows, VA; several nieces and nephews and close friends also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at Reese Funeral Home with the Reverend Virgil Porter and Mr. Dwayne Walls officiating.  Interment will follow at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Monday, January 30, 2017 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Reese Funeral Home.  Flowers will be appreciated or memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
