Aileen Gail Vorholzer, age 61, of Wytheville, VA passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021. She was born July 24, 1960 in Wythe County, daughter of the late Roy Edwin and Bessie Rice Anderson. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Michael Anderson. She grew up in Wythe County and was a graduate of Rural Retreat High School.

Survivors include her husband, Joe Vorholzer; daughter, Andrea Anderson; son, DJ Hicks; grandchild, Holden Anderson; sister, Thelma Wilmesherr.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at the Barnett Funeral Home with Tim Server officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour before service time.
