Angela Dawn Nipper, age 46, of Wytheville, VA, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2017. She was born September 23, 1970 in Wythe County. She was a 1996 graduate of Wytheville Community College and earned her AAS Degree in nursing. Angela was a member of Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church. Despite her illness and obstacles, she was a loving mother, daughter, sister and aunt. Angela  is survived by her daughter, Brittany Nipper of Wytheville; son, Jordan Nipper of Pulaski; father and step-mother, Billy and Linda McHone of Max Meadows; mother and step-father, Linda and Anthony Jonas; husband, Larry Nipper, Jr. of Pulaski; three brothers, James Wayne and Melissa McHone of Wytheville, Daniel Lee and Cynthia McHone of Max Meadows, Tommy Jonas of Wytheville; two sisters, Toni Jo Caldwell and Amanda Shelton; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 9, 2017 at the Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Reverend Mike Ingo officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 noon until service time at the church. Barnett Funeral Home, Wytheville, VA is serving the Nipper family.
