Ann Marie Arnold Parks, age 73, of Elk Creek, VA passed away Monday, June 23, 2025. She was born January 7, 1952 in Wythe County, daughter of the late Raymond and Elizabeth Akers Arnold. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Gene Parks.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Douglas and Patty Thomas of Wytheville, VA, William and Bo Thomas of Fries, VA; step-daughter, Lisa Compton of Vansant, VA and step-daughter-in-law, Emerald Parks of Galax, VA; grandchildren, Renae and Matthew Thomas Jones, Brittany Grimes; five step-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Gearlene Barry of Mountain City, TN; several aunts, uncles and cousins; her fur-babies, Sassy and Pearl.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Friday, June 27, 2025 at Rosenbaum Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church with Reverend J.C. McPeak officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
