April Dawn Busick, age 36, of Cripple Creek, VA passed away Thursday, February 12, 2026. She was born September 27, 1989 in Wythe County, VA.

Survivors include her mother, Ethel Crockett Busick and father, James "Jimmy" Busick; her son, Dylan King; sister and brother-in-law, Allison and Christopher Peeples; aunts and uncle, Liz Crockett, Donnie and Cindy Crockett. Several cousins also survive.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 20, 2026 at the Crockett Cemetery.
