Betty Joan Catron Spraker, age 82, of Crockett, VA passed away Friday, October 22, 2021. She was born June 26, 1939 in Wythe County, daughter of the late Lawrence Early Catron and Sallie Isabelle Smith Catron. She was preceded in death by her husband Grover Stuart Spraker and sister Ruby Blankenship.

A visitation & receiving of friends will be held Monday evening October 25, 2021, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Lindsey Funeral Home in Rural Retreat, VA.

Funeral Service will be held Monday October 25, 2021 at 7:00 PM, with Dr. Gary Houseman at the Lindsey Funeral Home in Rural Retreat, VA. Burial will follow Tuesday October 26 at 11:00 A.M. at the Berea Christian Church Cemetery in Wytheville, VA.
