Betty Lee Williams Crabtree, age 78, of Ceres, VA passed away Thursday, July 13, 2023. She was born October 14, 1944 in Wythe County, daughter of the late Lee Corbett and Laura Mabe Williams. Betty was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, William "Bill" Crabtree of the home; daughter, caregiver and special friend, Billiejo Dillow and spouse Robert; three grandsons, Connor Dillow, Grayson and Nytara Dillow, Kyle and Lyndsy Dillow; two "Sugar Babies" Hezakiah Cole Dillow and Atlas Bren Dillow three sisters, Barbara Shannon, Janet and Tommy Lester and Kathy Catron, all of Wytheville; three nephews, Tommy and Linda Lester, Andy and Chris Lester, Timmy and Amy Lester; three nieces, Denise and Richard Kosiba, Diane Shannon and Elizabeth Williams; special friends, Chris Goodman, Sandra Brooks and Vickie Clark. Many extended family and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 17, 2023 at the Barnett Funeral Home with the Reverend Joe Mack Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00 p.m. until service time.

Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at Sharon Lutheran Church Cemetery in Ceres.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society or Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. Barnett Funeral Home, Wytheville, VA is serving the Crabtree family.
