Beverly Jean Ball Taylor age 80 of Bland VA passed away Friday March 15, 2024. She was born August 30, 1943 in Washington DC, the daughter of the late John Isaac & Lucile Sembower Ball; she was preceded in death by one daughter, Lisa Sarver, 2 sisters & 1 brother.

Beverly is survived by her husband, Walter "Buddy" Taylor of the home; a daughter & son-in-law,  Vicki & David Tyree of Roanoke VA; two sons & daughter-in-law, Mike & Sarah Sarver of Wytheville VA, Todd Taylor of Bluefield WV; a sister & brother-in-law, Elaine & Buddy Shepard of Chesapeake MD; 7 grandchildren, Mikey Sarver, Dr. Joseph Sarver , Lindsey Sarver, Ray Sarver, Joe Sarver, Josh Tyree and Alayna Tyree; four    great-grandchildren, Noah Tyree  Presley Tyree, Rylee Tyree and Avorie Bradford. Several nieces, nephews & many extended family & friends also survive.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday March 19, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bland Funeral Chapel with Rev Darlene Marshall officiating, burial will follow in the Bland Cemetery; the family will receive friends Tuesday at the Bland Funeral Chapel from 12:00 noon until service time.
