Brittney Lynn Marshall, it is with heavy hearts we announce our beloved daughter passed away on June 8, 2023. Brittney was born April 25, 1985 on Fort Campbell Kentucky Army Base. She resided in Rural Retreat from the age of three until her untimely death at 38 years old.

She was a loving daughter, sister and mother of two beautiful children.

Brittney is survived by her two children Chasity Marshall age 18 and Ryan Marshall age 13, both of Rural Retreat. Parents Chris and Nancy Marshall of Rural Retreat. Brother Troy Evans and Tracey Leonard. Sister Jessica Smith and Jamie of Rural Retreat. Nephews Marshall Taylor, Zachary and Isaak Smith. Nieces Canzas and Krisi Evans, Santana Smith all of Rural Retreat. Also survived by several aunts, multiple cousins and friends to include a special friend J. Rupe. Two dogs, Bella and Zeus which she loved greatly.

Pallbearers are Jamie Smith, Zachary Smith, Isaak Smith, Marshall Taylor, Troy Evans, and J. Rupe.

She is well loved by family and friends. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten. She will always be with us in our hearts.

Funeral services will be private at the Lindsey Memorial Chapel and a private burial will follow at the Mountain View Cemetery, Rural Retreat, VA.
