Edward E. Arnold, Jr, "Butch" made his journey to heaven on Thursday, January 26, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Marie Arnold. Butch was 67 years old and was a wonderful husband, father, brother, Papaw and a friend to all.

Butch is survived by his loving wife, Teresa Arnold; daughter and son-in-law, Victoria and Michael Pearman; son, Jimmy Arnold and girlfriend Samantha Bailey; two grandsons that he loved more than anything, Ty and Will Pearman. Also left to cherish his memory are his brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Kim Arnold; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Molly and Squeekie Grubb, Pam Mabe and Terry Jones; a special aunt, Linda Jones.

Butch was a die-hard Wood Brothers Racing Team fan, loved the Colts and was always searching for Big Foot. He wanted his life to be celebrated because he knew where he was going.

Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Fort Chiswell Church of God with the Reverend Kenneth Quesenberry officiating. The family will receive friends at 4:00 p.m. until service time at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
