Cecile Elizabeth Hayton Mabe, age 90, of Wytheville, VA passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2024. She was born June 9, 1934 in Wythe County, daughter of the late Tom Hayton and Blanche Sharitz Sage. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Wesley Mabe; two sons, infant-Junior Jackson and Kenneth Dale Jackson; daughter, Donna Lynn Jackson and sister, Shirley Colon.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Robert McGuire, Brandi and Mark Bass; son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Connie Mabe, all of Wytheville; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services well be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 2, 2024 at the Barnett Funeral Home with Pastors Todd and Tammy Porter officiating. Burial will follow in West End Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday, November 1st from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Life Changers Church.
