Charles Franklin Blair, age 79, of Wytheville, VA (the Austinville community), passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023. He was born April 28, 1943 in Wythe County, son of the late Roy C. and Nina Porter Blair. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Willie Mae Dunford Blair, a daughter, Tina Marie Blair and his brother, James Clinton Blair.

Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Shelia and Curtis King of Rural Retreat, Treva and Tim Waller of Ivanhoe and Lisa and David Hall of Max Meadows; seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren; special friend, Brenda Bryson of Draper.

There will be no services at the funeral home. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the home on Sunday, January 22, 2023. All are welcome to come and visit with the family and friends in remembrance of Charles.
