Charles Richard "Ricky" Cregger, age 59, of Crockett, VA went home to be with his Lord and Savior Wednesday, September 21, 2022. He was born April 22, 1963 in Wythe County and was preceded in death by his father, Charles Randolph Cregger.  Ricky had a special passion for farming and anticipated his son taking over the family farm.

Survivors include his loving wife, Sheri Lee Cregger; his precious son, Charles Reed Cregger of the home; step-children, Tiffany and Tyler Voigt and their daughter, Olivia of Clayton, NC, Brandon Myers of Crockett, VA; his mother, Shirley C. Cregger of Crockett; his brother, Terry Cregger and his daughter, Lily of Crockett; sister, Kathy and Ted Conde and their children of Damascus, VA.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 26, 2022 at the Barnett Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Arnold officiating. Entombment will follow at the West End Cemetery Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home.
