Claudine Elizabeth Cregger Tibbs, age 84, of Ceres, VA passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2026. She was born December 9, 1941 in Wyoming. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Tibbs, her parents, Melvin and Betty Cregger and a sister, Gussie Campbell.

Survivors include her daughter, Betty Cassell (Carlton); son, Joey Tibbs (Jill); grandchildren, Kari Roberts (Denny), Michael Cassell (Amber), Kimberly Cassell (special friend Candy), and Samantha Tibbs; great-grandchildren, Madison Roberts, Mason Roberts, Ryleigh Jones, Harper Cassell, Finley Jones and Link Jones; special nephew, Rick Campbell and niece, Tiffany Catron; special friends, Belinda Roberts, Joan Harden, Glen and Robin Repass, Jessie Umberger, Scott Mustard and Anne Peery.

Per Claudine's wishes, only a graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 20, 2026 at Sharon Lutheran Church Cemetery in Ceres, VA.

There will be a Celebration of Life at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, February 22nd at Goodwill Baptist Church where she was a member.
