Cleta Jane Neal Stoots, age 82, of Max Meadows VA passed away Saturday February 4, 2023. Born January 18, 1941, in Bluefield, WV, she was the daughter of the late Roy Alvin Neal and Lousia Hounshell Neal.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by, her husband Dewey Wesley Stoots.

Survivors include: two sons Dewey Lee Stoots and wife Becky of Wytheville, VA and Wesley Stoots and wife Loretta of Poplar Camp, VA; daughter Kathleen "Jan" Grossi of Max Meadows, VA; sister Dolly Hess of Powhatan, VA; four grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday February 8, 2023, at United in Christ Church at 10:00 A.M. with Reverend Hal Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Fries, VA.  Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.

Family will receive Friends on Tuesday February 7, 2023, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Barnett Funeral Home.
