Debbie Lynn Rash Rupe, age 60 of Pulaski VA, passed away Friday August 4th 2017 at Roanoke memorial Hospital. She was born December 29th 1956 in Radford VA, the daughter of the late Dorothy Rash. She is survived by her husband, Donald Ray Rupe of the home, 2 daughters & son-in-law Helen Ann Mayo of Rock bridge County and Mallie & Daniel Albert of the home, 5 grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends also survive.
