Debra Christine Lyons, age 71, of Ivanhoe, VA passed away Saturday, May 25, 2024. She was born in Pulaski, Va on December 5, 1952 to the late George L. Lyons and Dorothy Lee Porter Lyons. She was also preceded in death by her sister Sharon Groseclose, brother-in-law Danny Groseclose and nephew Landon Simmerman.

She is survived by brothers Robert and Pam Lyons of Max Meadows, Bill and Janet Lyons of Rural Retreat; nieces and nephews Scott and Sabrinia Lyons, Nicole and Bobby Rakes, Michelle and Rob Underwood, Amy and Mike Parkinson, Jeff and Kayla Lyons; seven great nephews; four great nieces; one great-great nephew; and a host of extended family and friends.

Graveside service will be held Friday, May 31, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Ivanhoe with Reverend Mike Ingo officiating.  Inurnment will follow.
