Denise Suzanne Stoots, age 57, of Rural Retreat, VA passed away Friday, February 24, 2023. She was born August 13, 1965 in Pulaski, VA.

Survivors include her mother, Rita Fowler Harden of Bland, VA; four sons, Jamie Lee Gravley of Speedwell, Jonathan DeWayne Gravley of Rural Retreat, Aljandro Rafael Silva of Rural Retreat, Jose` Louis Silva; two daughters, Kristy Leigh Gravley of Grahams Forge and Renita Marie Silva of Wytheville; four sisters, Denita Kaye Harden, Madeline Louise Harden, Amanda Sharon Townley and Pamela Denise Hardin, all of Bland; brother, Sammy Lee Stoots, Jr. of Myrtle Beach, SC; nine grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 28, 2023 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Barnett Funeral Home and the funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend N.R. Taylor officiating.
