Donna Lynn Belcher, age 59 of Speedwell, VA passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018. She was born in Richlands, VA on January 12, 1959 and was preceded in death by her father, Carter Lindburgh Marshall, Sr. and an infant sister.

She is survived by her husband, Howie C. Belcher of Sugar Grove, VA; sons, Lile Belcher and wife Amy of Bland, VA, Nathan Vanover and wife Leslie of Camp, VA; mother, Peggy B. Marshall of the home; brothers, James Marshall and wife Della of Indiana, Matthew Marshall and wife Tammy of Max Meadows, VA; Carter Marshall, Jr. and wife Sherry of Camp, VA; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held 7:00 P.M. Thursday, March 8, 2018 at the Lindsey Memorial Chapel with Reverend Danny Shortridge officiating followed by a graveside committal service to be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 9, 2018 at the Marshall Family Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. Thursday evening prior to the service.
