Donna Jean Childers King, age 60 of Max meadows VA passed away Saturday morning February 4, 2017 at her residence. She was born September 26, 1956 in Wythe County VA, the daughter of the late George F, and Thelma Shinault Childers Sr.

George F & Brenda Childers Jr.   of Rural Retreat VA

10 grandchildren

Hunter, Cheyenne, Santana, Amber, Cameron, Zack, Mathew, A J, Nevaeh, & Lilly

3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday February 7, 2017, at the St. Paul Pentecostal Holiness Church at 7:00 PM with the Rev. J C McPeak officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 5:00 PM until service time. The family suggests that although flowers will be appreciated, in memory of Donna memorial donations can be made to the Reese Funeral Home in Austinville VA to help the family with funeral expenses.
