Donna Jean Shelton Mullins, age 60 of Elkin, NC formerly of Bland Co., Va passed away on Sunday April 5, 2026. Born in Dayton, Oh on May 26, 1965. Donna was a sweet, wonderful woman who left us much too soon and will be missed greatly. She was preceded in death by her father Rev. Bruce Shelton and niece Alison Coble.

She is survived by her husband Timothy Mullins of Elkin,NC.; mother Jean Shelton; brothers Larry Shelton, Bruce Shelton (Tracy) all of Bland, Va.; sister Carrie Coble (Joseph) of Wytheville, Va.; brother-in-law Jerico Mullins (Debbie) of Haysi, Va.; nieces and nephews Josh Shelton, Christopher Shelton, Tommy Coble (Olivia), Sarah Shelton, Matthew Shelton, Amber Shelton, Bethany Mullins, Eddie Mullins, Matthew Mullins, and Joshua Mullins. Beloved dog Mandy.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. at Highland Bland Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jerico Mullins officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at the Bland Funeral Chapel prior to the service.
