Doris Ann Jackson Brown, age 80, of Galax, VA passed away Saturday, June 27, 2026. She was born June 4, 1946 in Wythe County, daughter of the late Eldridge and Frances McMillian Jackson.

Survivors include her husband, Herbert Brown; four children, Herter and Barbara Brown, Sarah Smith, Ella Mae and Billy Guthrie, McKenzie Brown and Aaron Young. 5 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren also survive.

There will be no services. Reese Funeral Home, Austinville, VA is serving the Brown family.
