Doris Aileen Wright Newman age 90 of Wytheville VA passed away Saturday  January 14, 2023. She was born July 8, 1932, in Max Meadows VA the daughter of the late James "Jimmy" & Sarah Morris Wright, Doris was preceded in death by her husband Conard Belford "CB" Newman, & her several brothers & sisters.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday January 17, 2023, at 2:00 PM in the Barnett Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Brenda Viars officiating, burial will follow at the Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 1 hour prior to service time.
