Edna Lee White Stafford, 90, died on January 27, 2022. She was a homemaker, mother and grandmother, working faithfully through love. Edna was the widow of George Oakley Stafford, Jr. and the daughter of John and Mae Pyles White. In addition to her husband and parents, Edna was preceded in death by her sisters, Roena Munsey, Opal Lillian White Fran Hopkins and Mildred Frazier; her brother, John Clinton White; grandson, Thomas R. Stafford, II; sons-in-law, Jim Owens and Jamie Mays; granddaughter, Michele Stafford.

Edna is survived by her children, Sharon Owens, Richard Stafford, Steven Stafford, Vicki Mays, Sandy and Junior Edmonds, Debbie and Marty Lovell, Thomas and Sherri Stafford, Michael and Diane Stafford, John Stafford and Tom O'Grady, Teresa and Donald Jones.

Grandchildren, Michelle (Thomas), Rick, Kim, Jimmie (Kimeran), Samantha (Brian), Justin, Alisa (Josh), Erin, Andrew (Sarah), Ashley and T.J.

Great-grandchildren, Sarah (Matt), Alex (Brett), Lynn, Lincoln, Kaden, Sydne, Jordan, Kaylee, Piper, Easton, Tatum, Jacob, Laken, Oakley, AnnaClaire and Genevieve.

Great-great-grandchildren, Hunter, Grace, Kenize, Bryan and Eva Lee;

Sisters, Jean Woodyard, Katherine Dean and Mary Jane Mitros. Many special nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends at Reese Funeral Home, Austinville, VA, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 1, 2022.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Birchlawn Burial Park, Pearisburg, VA.
