Edward Dallas "Sonny" Fisher, age 63, of Max Meadows, VA went home to be with his Lord and Savior on August 9, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Dallas "Jim" Fisher, mother, Opal Fisher Six and daughter Laura Leigh Taylor. He is survived by one daughter, Sara Katlin Roop; one brother, Gary W. Fisher of Kennard, TX; three sisters, Vonda and James Barton of Wytheville, VA, Rhonda G. Williams of Palestine, TX, Tammy L. and Chuck Martin of Max Meadows, VA (the Piney Community); 3 grandchildren and numerous nieces

and nephews and all of his church family at Crossroads Chapel and his pastor Larry Cline.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 18, 2017 at Crossroad Chapel. Barnett Funeral Home, Wytheville, VA is serving the Fisher family.
