Eleanor Williams Bonham, age 85, of Wytheville, VA passed away Monday, May 12, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Willliam Theron Williams and Ollie Gilman Williams. Eleanor was preceded in death by three brothers, Garnet Williams, Harold Williams and Coburn Williams; one sister, Mildred Williams Burchett.

After Eleanor retired from Alco Controls, she enjoyed life by wearing red lipstick, getting her hair done weekly, chocolate milk shakes, watching old westerns, listening to old bluegrass music and dancing. She also enjoyed getting together with family to go out for dinner.

Survivors include her younger brother, William Alton Williams; nephew and caregiver, Willis Williams and his wife, Nanette; niece and caregiver, Lucy Fisher and her husband, Dewey.

Other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and extended family also survive.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 16, 2025 at Mt. Pleasant Community Cemetery with Pastor Darren Smith officiating.
