Eleanor Faye Kincer, age 89, of Wytheville, VA passed away Saturday, September 10, 2022. She was born November 17, 1932 in Wythe County, daughter of the late Millard A. and Neta Hearn Kincer. She was a longtime secretary at R.P. Johnsons and a clerk with the Social Security Administration. Faye was a member of Mt. Ephraim United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a host of cousins, including Jerry Houseman and wife Shirley, Nettie Lee Farmer and husband David, Sue Sheppard and husband Dennis; special friend and caregiver, Maxine Stroupe. A host of extended family, friends and her church family also survive.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 15, 2022 at Mt. Ephraim United Methodist Church Cemetery with Reverend David Farmer officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Mt. Ephraim United Methodist Church or a charity of choice.
