Ernest Burton Sayers Jr age 75 of Huddle Road Wytheville VA passed away Sunday March 12, 2017. He was born March 18, 1941 in Wythe County the son of the late Earnest & Laura Jane Childress Sayers SR.

Ernest was a member of the Bakers Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church and was a life time member of the Ivanhoe Fire Department

He was preceded in death by a brother Russell Sayers

Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 15, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Bakers Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastors Jim Tunnell & Harold Coleman officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening at the church from 5:00 PM until service time, or at the home of Jonathon and Angie at any time. Burial will take place Thursday March 16, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Mt Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery.
