With broken hearts and empty arms, we announce the passing of Fay Ratcliffe Southern. Born in Pulaski County, Va on December 12, 1934. She gained her angel wings on August 17, 2025.

She was preceded in death by 2 children, Robbie and Toni Carol, her parents, Hensil and Peggy Ratcliffe, brothers Larry and Billy Ratcliffe, stepson Michael Vickers, niece Tracy, and best friend and cousin, Kitty Sizemore.

She is survived by her children, Keith(Tammy), Lora(Steve), and Kip(Sherry); her beloved grandchildren Tabatha(Jerry), Kelly(Tara), Jamie, Katie(Crystal), Rachel(Tyler), Jason(Jessica), Brittany(Andrew), and Toni; precious great grandchildren Kylee, Bailee, Meah, Hannah, Jeremiah, Lexi, and Silas; step daughter Sharon (Jenna and family); special cousins; nieces Terri(family), Sherry(family); and sister-in-law Glenna(Tammy and family).

She was loved more than she knew and will be missed beyond imagination.
