Frances Victoria Cline

Frances Victoria Buck Cline, age 63, of Rural Retreat, Va passed away April 14, 2026. Born in Rockfield, Illinois on December 18, 1962 to the late Kenneth Buck and Ina Shupe Buck. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers Eddie Buck and Kenny Buck. She was a nurses aid for over 40 years. She was a member of Little Rock Baptist Church, she enjoyed attending services and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years Roger D. Cline; daughters Jennifer Ward and husband David, Ernestine Wright and husband Derek; Emalee Wilson whom she loved as a granddaughter; brother George Buck and wife Renee; several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held 6:00 P.M. Friday, April 17, 2026 at Little Rock Baptist Church with Pastor Buster Mullins officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. prior to the service at the church. Graveside committal service at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 18, 2026 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
