Garry Hasley, age 65, of Wytheville, VA passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2024. He was born January 1, 1959 in Detroit, MI, the son of the late Edward E. and Mary Webb Hasley. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Sherron Dean; two sisters-in-law, Janet Hasley and Marie Hasley; a nephew, Steven Wayne Hasley and a niece, Sheila Jordon.

Garry had a heart for helping others. He loved to cook and spend time with his family. He enjoyed listening to music, especially Elvis Presley. Garry was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his daughter, Vanessa Hasley Collins; two grandchildren; his sister, Vivian Dunford; three brothers, Charles Wayne Hasley, Steven Hasley and Larry Hasley; niece, Amanda Hasley and nephews, Levi Dunford, KW Dean, Carter and Carson. Many extended family and friends also survive.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, February 4, 2024 at the Barnett Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 5, 2024 at the Barnett Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Bethany Community Church Cemetery.
