George Brad Waddell, age 62, of Pulaski, VA passed away Thursday, October 5, 2023. He was born May 24, 1961 in Wythe County, the son of the late William George Waddell and Lois Jones Waddell.

Survivors include his wife, Elain Terry Waddell; son, Chris Waddell and Sally Akers of Piney; daughter and son-in-law, Katy and Nate Roop of Ivanhoe; two grandchildren, Laura and Riley; uncles and spouses, Leon and Linda Jones, Jerry and Kay Jones; sister-in-law, Patti Terry Cox of Barren Springs; nephew, Jamie Terry.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 9, 2023 at Reese Funeral Home with Rev Mike Ingo officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 p.m. until service time.

Although flowers will be appreciated, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
