Gregory Clay Alford, age 19, of Wytheville, VA passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022. He was born September 10, 2002 in Wythe County and was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Lee Alford and sister, Cara Lynn Compton.

Survivors include his daughter, Kaelynn Alford; his mother Marsha and Jon Harris; girlfriend, Kara Wohlford all of Wytheville. Several aunts and uncles also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 11, 2022 at the Barnett Funeral Home with the Reverend Rick Lindamood officiating. Burial will follow in West End Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening, July 10 ^th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Barnett Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
