Guy Raymond Dalton, age 74, of Austinville, VA passed away Thursday, March 14, 2024. He was born April 21, 1949 in Wythe County, the son of the late Hobert and Minnie Simpson Dalton. Guy was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ed Dalton and James Dalton; two sisters, Louise Walters and Luva Melton.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Janice Dalton; daughter, Gypsi Skeens of Wytheville; son, Gary and Kristie Dalton of Pulaski, VA; sister, Wanda Sparks of Elkton, MD; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Mike Freeman; and many extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the Reese Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 17, 2024 at the Reese Funeral Home with the Reverend Ronnie Isom officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
