In loving memory of James Edward Mills Jr. He went to live in Heaven on January 9, 2026. James was preceeded in death by his late Wife Eva L. Mills (Pat) and Son James Edward Mills III (Eddie).

Jim was survived by Daughter Robin and her husband Shane. Son David and Wife Teresa Nelson Step Daughter Brenda Austin and Grand Sons Holden, Hunter, and *Special Great Grand son Gavin Andrews *(Gavinator)* Pa Pa will always love you! Bonus great Grand Daughter Serenity Crouse. And several gand children great grand children and great great grand children as well. Special thanks to Grand Daughters *Sarah and Keesha* Son David and wife Teresa Nelson and Great Grand Son Gavin for all the hard work they put in to keeping him comfortable the last 4 years of his life.

Jim was retired from the DOT after 35 years of service. He served in the Army and our country thanks him for his service. Last but not least his hero Buddy his therapy dog that will miss getting snacks by his papa! He was an avid baltamoooo Oreals fan as well as Washington Redskins fan as well!  He was a Rural retreat supporter through and through. May the Lord bless and be with his family and friends.

Memorial service will be held at 12 pm Monday January 12, 2026 at Rosewood Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Officiating his service will be Hal Lewis. And special singer Herman Arnold.

Special thanks to Rose Arnold and Margaret Porter for all the good food it meant a lot to him.
