Jonathan Boysaw, 38, of Wytheville VA, passed away, Thursday, July 18, 2024.

Born July 14, 1986, in Wytheville VA, he was the son of Anthony McKinley Boysaw and Pamela Lampkins Boysaw.

Jonathan enjoyed philosophy and gaming. He was charismatic and funny. He was very caring and always checking on his friends and family whom he cared deeply for. He loved reading. He was a loving father and a hard worker.

Jonathan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Vander and Ramona Jones and George and Hazel Boysaw.

Survivors include his wife Geneva Boysaw of the home; father, Anthony Boysaw and wife Edith of Pulaski, VA and mother, Pamela Boysaw of Max Meadows, VA; two children, Desirae Louise Hatfield of Wytheville and Kingston Alexander Boysaw of Wytheville; mother-in-law, Winifred Foglesong of Bland, VA; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Memorial services will be conducted Sunday, July 28, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Barnett Funeral Home with Bishop Terry Dalton officiating.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Barnett Funeral Home.
