Josephine Evelyn Jackson Crockett, age 87, of Ivanhoe, VA passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017. She was born June 13, 1930 in Wythe County, daughter of the late Robert Preston Jackson and Rosa Mae Morrow Jackson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Oscar Crockett, Sr.; son Charles Calvin Campbell; grandsons, Phillip and Charles Daniel Carter. She is survived by two sons, James Bryant Campbell of Warrenton, VA and George Preston Radford of Pulaski, VA; two daughters, Rebecca Campbell–Gray of Shipman, VA and Claris Radford Craft of Pulaski, VA; four grandchildren, Carie Burns, Chris Fowler, Joshua Fowler and Jonathan Carter; four great-grandchildren, Adrianna Burns, Morgan Burns, Evan Burns and Van Carter; two special great-grandchildren; several special nieces.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Ivanhoe with Pastor Robbie Vance officiating.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Reese Funeral Home.
