Kathy Ann Colligan, age 74 of Rural Retreat, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Born on June 24, 1951, in New Jersey, Kathy was preceded in death by her father John George Colligan, her mother Shirley June Longbottom Colligan, and her sister, Ann Shirley Kolis.
