Margaret "Peggy" Keesling Hedrick, age 86, of Wytheville, VA passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017. She was born December 24, 1930 in Smyth County, the daughter of the late Clint and Josie Sproles Keesling and was preceded in death by her husband, R.B. "Sonny" Hedrick. She is survived by her daughter, Libby Hoback of Wytheville, VA;two grandchildren, Lynn and Cody Hoback; brother, Jack Keesling of Kingsport, TN; sister, Linda Schrader of Wytheville, VA . Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, January 9, 2017 at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church with the Reverend Amy Whatley and Reverend Joe Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the church.
