Margaret Ann Viars, age 84, of Barren Springs, VA passed away December 22, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Porter Jackson Viars, her parents Ernest Calvin Lawson and Amanda Magdalean Reynolds Lawson; Three brothers William Ernest Lawson, Henry Calvin Lawson, John Wesley (Sam) Lawson; Two Sisters Edna Alexander, and Maggie Sayers.

Survived by two sons James (Jeannie) Viars of Draper, VA., and Thomas (Beverly) Viars of Max Meadows, VA; one daughter Debbie (Frank) Akers of Barren Springs, VA; One Special Sister-in-Law Martha Lawson; 5 Grandchildren; 1 step Grandson; 8 Great Grandchildren; and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at the Draper Valley Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Reverend Chuck Neal officiating.
