Marguerite Louise Jones Groseclose, age 89, of Pinnacle, NC, formerly of Wythe County (the Piney Community) passed away Saturday, August 19, 2023. She was born April 11, 1934 in Wythe County, daughter of the late Fred Thomas Jones and Charlotte Margaret Egan Jones. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Kelly "Bill" Groseclose; two daughters, Louise Aker and Sue Williams; several sisters.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandra White (Eddie) of Pinnacle, NC; grandchildren, Sherry Havens, Mike Williams, Amanda White, Kelly White, Jason Aker and Brian Aker; 10 great-grandchildren; her sister, Ethel Vaught of Speedwell, VA. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at Davis Cemetery with the Reverend Joe Carrico officiating.
