Marie Elizabeth McNeely, age 83, of Draper, VA passed away Friday, February 9, 2018 in Lewis Gale-Pulaski Hospital.  She was born in Wythe Co., VA on April 5, 1934 the daughter of the late Vivian and Rosa Ogle Hines.  Marie was a member of Glenwood United Methodist Church and the Barren Springs Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Quesenberry; an infant brother, Howard Ray Hines; brother, James E. Hines; and two step-sons, William Jackie McNeely and Jimmie Lee McNeely.

Marie is survived by her husband, William E. McNeely; two sons, David and Lora Quesenberry of Draper, VA, and Dale and JoAnn Quesenberry of Barren Springs, VA; one step-son, Sammy McNeely of Barren Springs, VA; one brother, Paul and Pat Hines of Max Meadows, VA; three sisters, Faye Bralley of Austinville, VA, Jewel and Foster Pike of Stevens City, VA, and Frieda Patterson of Jefferson City, TN; five grandchildren, Emily and Wayne Wright, Nolan Quesenberry, Logan Quesenberry, Shelby Quesenberry, and Chase Quesenberry; one great-granddaughter, Willow Jean Wright; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at the Glenwood United Methodist Church with Rev. RuthAnne Henley officiating. Interment will follow at the Memorial Christian Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Monday, February 12, 2018 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the church.
