Mark Lowell Hufnagle, age 79 of Austinville, VA passed away Friday, October 7, 2022. He was born January 16, 1943 in Ohio, son of the late Jack Lowell Hufnagle and Florence Hornsby Hufnagle.  Mark was a retired veteran of the United States Marine Corp.

Survivors include his wife, Gaye Hufnagle of Australia; two sons, John Walter Hufnagle of Sneads Ferry, NC, Henry Raymond and Sarah Hufnagle of Austinville; three step-sons, Jay Iadonisi of Grand Junction, CO, Kip and Kathy Iadonisi of Hollywood, NC and Daniel Gough of Brisbane, Australia; three daughters, Marlene Hufnagle of Fresno, CA, Charlotte and Carl Keesling of Sneads Ferry, NC and Deborah Boyd of Hickory, NC; two step-daughters, Maria Iadonisi of NC, Elisha and David O'Donnell of  Molong, Australia; his sister, Myra Jean "Jeannie" and Ford Sandlin of Hamilton, OH. Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many extended family and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Reese Funeral Home, Austinville, VA is serving the Hufnagle family.
