Mary Catherine Arnold, 87, of Wytheville Virginia, passed away on October 31, 2024 at Carrington Place in Wytheville, Virginia. She was born on September 13, 1937, and the daughter of Samuel M. and Mary Elizabeth Reynolds Burcham.

Mary Catherine loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a proud military wife, known for her love of cats, crafting and sewing projects. Mary Catherine loved her Lord Jesus Christ and was a faithful prayer warrior.

She is survived by her children Ricky (Lynn), James "Jim" (Alicia), Julie (Wayne), and Daniel. Mary Catherine loved her six grandchildren, Emily, Rebecca, Katelyn (Sam), Ethan, Logan and Jacob. She also loved and adored her two great grandchildren Ethan and Kristin.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Roy Arnold, and daughters Debra Lynn Arnold and Sandra Louise Arnold, and 7 siblings.

She was cremated, and a private graveside service will be held at the later date.
