Mary Ann Scott Dutton, age 71 of Atkins, VA passed away Friday, September 16, 2022.  She was born in Wythe Co., VA on October 10, 1950 the daughter of the late Arthur "Buster" Scott and Elsie Sparks Scott.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Roby Scott, sisters, Peggy Mabe and Freda Foglesong.

Surviving are her husband of 37 years, Roger Dutton; children, Kim Dunford of Max Meadows, VA, Missy Eversole and Donnell Houston of Wytheville, VA; step-children, Marty Dutton and Marni of Wytheville, VA, Ricky Dutton and Trish of Bland, VA; grandchildren, Dustin Anderson and Isabella, Travis Anderson and Shelby, Logan Houston and Janysa, Laden Houston; great-grandchildren Treyson, Dysen, Kaisleighann,. Foxxdon, Ryder, Amiyah; special sister-in-law, Patti Scott, brother, Sam Mabe and Dorcas.

Funeral services will be held 7:00 P.M. Monday, September 19, 2022 at the Lindsey Memorial Chapel with Rev. Darren Smith officiating with a committal service to follow Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Groseclose.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. prior to the service.
