Mary Lee Shrader Taylor, age 94, of New Palestine, IN and formerly of Rural Retreat, VA,  passed away Friday May 31, 2024. She was born in War, WV on October 24, 1929, to the late Leftridge William Shrader and Eliza Jane Hankins Shrader.

She was preceded in death by her husband Amos Dow Taylor, her daughter Barbara T. Carr, grandson Brian S. Settle, four sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by Sons Daniel Taylor, Mark A. Taylor; Daughters Carol T. Settle, Sandra T. Miles; 10 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren; and Sister Hazel Collins.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Lindsey Funeral Home with Pastor Johnny Nunley officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Rural Retreat, VA.
