Mildred Louise Frye Miller, age 84, of Crockett, Va passed away Friday, May 30, 2025 at home. She was born May 22, 1941 in Wythe County, Va to the late Andrew Frye and Ruth Grubb Frye.  She was preceded in death by son Bruce Miller, brothers A.R. Frye and Edward Frye. She was a retired manager of the Rural Retreat School Café serving for 37 years.

She is survived by her husband of almost 65 years Ted C. Miller; her sister Claudine Steffey of Dublin, Va; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be held Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lindsey Funeral Home in the Memorial Chapel with Reverend Aubrey Whitlow and Reverend Jack Rutherford.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Inurnment will take place at a later date at the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery.
