Naomi Hope Surratt Webb, age 90, of Max Meadows, VA (the Patterson Community) passed away Sunday, August 4, 2024. She was born July 26, 1934 in Wythe County, daughter of the late Clarence and Mary Spencer Surratt. She was also preceded in death by her son, Dean Webb; and two brothers, Lee Surratt and Hubert Surratt.

Survivors include her husband, Hugh Webb; a daughter, Reba Hoffman of Blacksburg, VA; a daughter-in-law, Jeannie Webb of Barren Springs, VA; four sisters, Mavis Vaughn of Castleton Road, VA, Janet and Bobby Webb of Pulaski, VA, Cassie and Greg Nunn of Salem, VA and Sharon Umberger of Draper, VA; a brother, Lewis and Betty Surratt of Bristol, VA; five grandchildren, Chad and Samantha Webb, Brandi Hill, Carmen Webb, Mary Hoffman and Ella Hoffman; three great-grandchildren, Kamdyn, Brailyn and Charlotte; three step-great-grandchildren, Leighlon, Audrey and Lily; several nieces, nephews and many extended family and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, August 10, 2024 at Reese Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4:00 until service time. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Intrepid Hospice and Healthcare, 101 West Main Street, Radford, VA 24141.
