Pamela Joyce Phillippi

Pamela Joyce Phillippi, age 53, of Rural Retreat, Va, left this world on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Born on November 24, 1972, in Marion, Va to the late Kenneth Craver and Helen Anderson Craver, Pamela was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Pamela's artistic spirit shone through her love for drawing and painting. Her greatest joy came from the time spent with her children and grandchildren, embracing every moment with warmth and affection. She had a heart full of love and kindness for everyone she met.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son, James, “Jamie” Phillippi and Leah Ryan; her daughter, Julie Phillippi; and her cherished grandchildren, Kendall and Kayden; her brother James Craver and Dana of Chilhowie; her nieces Jackie Colin, Dana Craver and Jessi Mohr; her aunt Betty Brown; her great nephew Logan and wife Hannah ; great nieces Katelyn Winebarger, Autumn Dishner; and her special friends Jay Phillippi, Kala Martin, Tina and Joe Haynes, Tammy VanAntwerp and David, Santana Bell and family,  and Pauline Waller. She also has several cousins.

In keeping with Pamela's wishes, no formal services will be held. The family is being served by Lindsey Funeral Home in Rural Retreat, VA.

Pamela's legacy of love and creativity will continue to inspire all who knew her.
