Peggy Sue King Burnett age 83 of Ivanhoe VA passed away Thursday November 16, 2023. She was born February 19, 1940, in Wythe County VA the daughter of the late William F. & Mary McRoberts King & was preceded in death by a sister, Juanita "Toonie" Burnett & 4 brothers, George King, Clinton King, Roger King & Bill King.

12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews & many extended family & friends also survive.

A Funeral Service for Peggy will be held Sunday November 19, 2023, at 1:00 PM in the Reese Funeral Home Chapel with Tony Edmonds officiating, burial will follow in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Ivanhoe VA. The family will receive friends Sunday at the Reese Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until service time.
